Consumers Still Buying Green -- And Why Not

Consumers are still buying green, says a new study:

Buying green has gone mainstream, with 85 percent of U.S. consumers buying at least some green products, and the trend has persisted despite the recession, a survey from a Massachusetts-based research group says.

Given the health, safety, energy efficiency and other benefits of green products, these findings are not all that surprising.  I know I don't mind paying a little bit more for a less toxic, safer, or more energy efficient product.

More and more Americans are getting this, though we still clearly have quite a ways to go...
